National Health Commission: Key technology recommended by the Standard Technology in the Department of Pain - Ozone Injection
On October 18, 2016, the General Office of the National Health Commission (formerly the Health and Family Planning Commission) announced the "Notice on Printing and Distributing the Medical Service Capability Guidelines for Tertiary Hospitals (2016 Edition)" (National Health Office Medical Letter No. 936, Hereinafter referred to as the "Guide").
This guide has new standards for many departments. It also uses a large amount of detail to give a "rule" for clinical medical and medical technology service capabilities, covering a total of 17 first-level disciplines; compared with the previous 2014 07 The 16 clinical specialist first-level disciplines involved in the "Tertiary Hospital Medical Service Capability Standards (General Hospitals)" (Consultation Draft) for the month, with one more department added to the 2016 edition of the Guide.
"Guideline" on page 77 clearly proposes that "ozone injection" can be used as the key technology recommended by the pain department standard technology for degenerative disc disease and osteoarthritis.
The "Guide" is an affirmation of the pain department. From the "2007" 227 document issued by the Ministry of Health in 2007, it was determined to add the first-level diagnosis and treatment department "Pain Department" to the "Diagnosis and Treatment Subject List of Medical Institutions" with the code "27" . According to the spirit of the document, "pain departments" can be set up in China's second-level or higher hospitals to provide diagnosis and treatment services mainly for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic pain.
As one of the key technologies, "ozone injection" provides technical support for the diagnosis and treatment services of the pain department, and helps the pain department to continuously improve the medical service capability and level.
The Guide divides the standard of clinical specialty medical service capability into basic standards and recommended standards. The basic standards are the basic competence requirements that clinical specialists should meet; the recommended standards are requirements that are encouraged to improve after the clinical specialists' competence is achieved, and are the direction guide for the development of clinical specialists.
